The Mirage F1 saw service with the French Air Force from the end of 1973 to 2014 and was exported to several foreign countries from Europe, Africa and Middle East. A total of over 720 planes was produced. The first version delivered to France was the Interceptor F1C followed by the twin-seat trainer F1B. Some F1C was converted to F1CT, a ground attack dedicated aircraft, and CR specialized in reconnaissance missions.
This item is a scale down reproduction of the wheels mounted on all versions of the Mirage F1. The smallest details like the brake system have been rendered. This set includes 4 wheels for main landing gear and 2 nose wheels.

Some F1C was converted to F1CT, a ground attack dedicated aircraft, and CR specialized in reconnaissance missions. The F1CR started to equip the French Air Force in 1983 and the F1CT in 1992. During its operational career, the Mirage F1 has been deployed to many theaters like Tchad or Saudi Arabia during the Gulf War and took part in the Iran-Irak War.

This set can be used with any Mirage F1 scale model, but some adjustment may be necessary to fit properly.
