During its operational history, the Phantom II has been fitted with 2 types of ejection seat. Between 1967 and 1968, the early Mk.H5 seats were replaced by Mk.H7 seats, which had the "Zero-Zero" ejection capability. Also, the soft parachute container located in an aluminum case of the H5 was replaced by a rigid-type container. This item is a scaled down replica of the Mk.H7 seats mounted on the F-4B/J/N/S and RF-4B of the US Navy and the USMC. This subtype differs from the USAF type with its emergency oxygen system fitted into the survival kit, the shape of the survival kit, the shoulder harness reel harness buckles. Extensive research allowed us to accurately replicate all characteristic details of this seat.
